I've used all of the services. The best YouTube TV, Dish Anywhere is garbage. Frustrated daily with this crappy stream that must connect to an actual set top box. This is after we had to pay $11+ per month for tech support.

An 80% full DVR is why we haven't had a signal for 2 months, really Dish really? Then what is the point? Our your techs seem to like to blame everything on everything and everyone except your bad equipment and technology. It's awful, time consuming and flat out among the worst TV experiences on the planet.

In the end he said the previous guy left the cap off, so again you failed. Charged us extra for a service appointment and a minimal refund. Again all because your staff and service suck.

I have been a Dish customer for many years. I have been on auto pay the whole time. Never a problem. I actually like the service, but not the customer service. I have a handicapped girlfriend that has lived with me for 15 years. When we got Dish, it was a blessing. This is the only entertainment she gets. She is home bound except for Doctors appointments. About a month ago they sent me a letter saying that I owed $128.60 and changed my due date. This was an overcharge, and I called. They said it was because of my bankruptcy. I HAVE NEVER FILED BANKRUPTCY!!!!!! They have never corrected this. According to my account, I needed to turn in my Joeys and stop my extra service plan. I am still being charged my regular service plan $189.71. Dish Network is crap, and I understand why people are going to online streaming.

Had dish for 20+ years. The cancellation process took almost that long. Zero way to cancel except thru a phone call and wait for a person. Then they are not allowed to tell you which individual items to return. Have to wait up to 25 days to receive a letter. Horrible.

I started last November to get my bill due date changed from the 1st to the 4th, and I received a confirmation email on January 28th that it went through, I requested this due to the fact I'm on social security, well yesterday I was on the phone for 1hour and 36 minutes trying to find out why it still hasn't changed in almost a year. Same old run around they will have to put in another request and it will take 2 to 3 billing cycles, well that's not going to work because if payment is not made by the 1st service will be shut off and I will have to reapply again for payment date to be changed. I absolutely hate dish and I have other issues but they just argued with me and couldn't give me a straight answer to why they shut me off in February when I paid a week ahead of time.

HORRIBLE! Had a representative come to my door to lie saying Direct tv & Dish were merging. Told me to keep paying the bill to the same place which I did. Turns out Direct tv is not going anywhere. Now we want to cancel and they are charging us 400 for equipment we never asked for thinking we were with the same company because of a merge. DISH IS A SCAM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Horrible customer service and wait times! Charged for channels i don't get and was told things that were not true when i lowered my channels. Now I'm calling to cancel, they say 31 minute wait time. I have been on the phone 3 different times for hours and still have not been able to cancel my service. Should be illegal! They are hoping you can't wait and hang up.

Dish network is offering satellite tv. I set up instal from a US Rep. I left after install and returned home to watch some Dish but found issues from channels freezing, duplicate channels limited recording capabilities and frustration with programing. I tried using help in the app but that was useless. I tried to call for help on the US number but kept getting transferred outside the US. I am insulted by any corporation that sells a product in the US but think it’s OK to hire non US people for customer service. The language barrier and information security are just two concerns. If you make money in the US you should provide US support. That should be the law. I wanted to cancel service but could not get ahold of anyone to do that. I had it for less than twelve hours. They also sent me a large number of texts and emails that I asked them to limit. More issues than I care to deal with at $120.00 per month. I do not recommend this product or service.
