D.A withdraws deals because people exercise their rights,if you attempt to fight your case at all you hit a brick wall of open sentencing or taking it to trial,he does not bargain,he leaves people going into court no knowing what plea they actually accepted.
It reeks of collusion,they Carry on cases as if a DA wasnt just arrested for drug charges,if you take your case to motions all offers are withdrawn it impractical and should be illegal.

Not too thrilled With this person after prosecuting me on an internet scam "me" as a victim he was then the one who everyone now needed to address him as "judge" so very illegal to do .... "Your" a conflict of interest now when a charge and sentence Are done by the same person yes you Mark Young my prosecuting attorney's my and my my and my and my Judge ..
Not very pleased the way laws run the law and so unapproved with handicapped room ok ?
