Ms. Olivia and Ms. Lisa were highly professional, efficient and gracious. Their teamwork was exceptional throughout the entire experience. The equipment provided for use during the refresher class was excellent quality. The facility was in perfect repair and the water temp was the warmest I have ever experienced in a pool. The scuba class was such a positive experience that I am considering booking swimming lessons as a way of reconnecting. Thanks so much Diventures Team. Greig

I have only been scuba diving for about 10 months and have nothing but high praise for the people who work at the Diventures in North Liberty, Iowa. Olivia, Anna and Mac have always been very helpful answering questions and looking for equipment that I need. They get the answers if they cannot answer the question and look for items in if not in the store. I am so glad that I picked Divestures to start my scuba journey. The instructors are awesome as well. Thanks to all for making my scuba journey so pleasant

UPDATE: Miss Ava and Mr Quinton have been the best cheerleaders for my son! Ava has been doing such a great job of pushing him to keep going and making his goals. Quinton gives him the drive to do his best to move to the next level soon.

I would like to share what a wonderful experience that we had at the North Liberty Diventures store recently. We used to dive but dont really anymore and we stopped in the store looking for something for a diver friends funeral arrangement. It sounds like a strange request but the staff at the store on that Saturday/ Sunday afternoon was so helpful, namely Anna Schrock. She helped us to look around and ultimately led us to something perfect for the funeral. We talked about diving a bit and she told us about the different opportunities there to get back into diving without being pushy. You are lucky to have suchj good help, the man that was at the desk the next day was also very friendly and helpful. We had a very positive experience at Diventures North Libery.

We tried numerous times to get our kids private swim lessons here. I had called multiple times over the course of 2-3 years, only to be told that they “assured us” we were on a waiting list for private swim lessons. Years later and we were never called.

During the semi-private swim lessons we attended in June with our two children, aged 2 and 4, we noticed that the 4-year-old received a lot of attention and hands-on training from the staff, which helped her learn a great deal. However, the 2-year-old did not receive much assistance, as she was in the beginners' class and I had to be in the pool with her. Despite one attempt by the staff to take her during the first lesson, she preferred to stay with me as she is a daddy's girl. Unfortunately, the staff did not provide me with any guidance on how to teach her. In the second lesson, I only received one pointer when I was trying to help her float on her back. Looking at the notes kept by the staff, the only thing mentioned was "stays with dad", with no information on teaching her anything in any of the four lessons we attended. This lack of attention to the younger child's progress was also observed in another semi-private class with children of similar ages. The teacher focused solely on helping the older child, neglecting the younger one. Spending over $100 out of pocket on the second child was unnecessary, as I could have achieved the same results by taking her to the city pool for a much lower cost.

When we called to cancel the auto sign up for July they asked why and I stated we were using up gift cards and were unsatisfied with the lessons. The staff did not even care to ask what we were unsatisfied with.
