DM Tech have very nice people who will work hard to keep your internet going smooth even with people like me who dont know what we do with the internet lifestyle especially folks raising grandchildren in the technology world. I feel like they need more towers in locations with trees and im sure eventually they will. They are a great company, there's not enough mbps for my hoggish internet family ? without having to pay for more but thats not DM Techs fault by no means. The kindness and helpfulness from employees and technicians make it worth it. You can't go wrong with them and you will really appreciate the kindness and deep concern from the employees who do go above and beyond for us and being a small business im sure its a challenge with us technology dummies ? Thank you DM Tech for being a great company we appreciate you being out here in the rural areas. It's always a pleasure talking to anyone and everyone who works there and for taking each one of your customers to a personal level is wonderful we don't feel like we're just a number we feel like neighbors and thats awesome, I feel you actually care about us that says everything ? We put cameras up on our property ourselves. Our camera’s were freezing. We called DM-Tech Enoc was the tech installer he went above and beyond his job to help us make sure that we had our camera’s up and running. He was full of knowledge and passed that onto us so that we could educate ourselves with the cameras. that was outside of his job. He put the extra modem outside, so we could get better connection with our cameras. Thank you Enoc. Great job!! I also want to acknowledge Cheryl Lynn and Tyler. We had a unique situation and they were so helpful. Giving suggestions on how we could resolve our situation. DM Tech should know they have professional and experts, helping their customers. Great teamwork.

I'm about a month in to my service and I just love it. I've been dealing with overpriced, mediocre(at best) internet for more years than I'd like to say. Could barely stream, slow downloads, you name it. I can now do anything I need to with this service. Speeds are great at a reasonbale price. Their service when ordering was great, very friendly and knowlegable over the phone. Same with the tech that did the install. 5 stars, would recommend.

Deleted old bad 1 star review. Number one reason not a 5 star is the prices are high and the speeds are low imo. Reason for updated review to 4 star is the kindness I received and the support/troubleshooting. I understand they need to make profit and pay employees but I’d like to have more speed and save money ? keep heading in the right direction and thank you for your kindness.

Spoke w a great cust service rep two weeks ago to see if we could get service. Last time they were out was in 2013 and told us no service, so rep was hoping we had a better chance. Did not disclose that there was $55 fee for coming out to test service. Tech tested speeds and said the premium was 45mbps which he said was standard for home service, 45mbps is dialup levels in todays age and not suitable for business or virtual meetings. Tried to call cust service back and spoke to a lady who refused to refund the $55 fee, spoke over me, and proceeded to tell me that I had to cancel the appt 24hrs in advance if I didn't want to get charged. Previous rep specifically said they wouldn't charge anything to my card until I had service installed.
I know the locals think the speeds are slow, because my friends all tell me its slow. For the business I conduct, and the layers of protection on my computer, 45mpbs is ancient speeds.
Would not recommend, get a hotspot from AT&T or Verizon or Tmobile.

Service is great, usually always works and their customer service can't be beat! I had to have them adjust something and they sent a guy out within an hour to fix it and it was back up and running perfectly. Very happy customer!

Spent many years with ok service. The problem was on my end. I live in and amongst a lot of trees. Service would come and go constantly. I was paying for sub par service but there aren't any choices where I live. Ryan came out and said he had a plan. I was all ears. Ryan and his helper literally maneuvered through eucalyptus jungle with ladders and hangers and was able to get fantastic internet to my house. This was no easy feat. They went the extra mile and way beyond customer service for us. Ryan also was involved in getting areas of my work internet that have never had it. Great job Ryan and crew. Don't hesitate to use DM Tech.
