I would give negative stars if Google would let me. I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about and I wouldn't doubt it if those weren't even their clients. Working with them as a storage warehouse and fulfillment center was absolutely horrible. Constant lies and ignored questions. It took two months for them to get one of our orders together and even then they lied about the status of the shipments. When the boxes came in they were torn up and hardly had any tape over it, they put the quantities in the boxes at random and over charged us for that same packaging. They promised an inventory count and this super high tech online customer log in but I was never given a log in and every time I asked it was brushed off or ignored. They had the worst customer service experience I have ever received from an outside vendor. I would recommend going anywhere else but here, it might even be faster and more efficient to do the packages yourselves rather than send them here.
