This has been an extraordinarily excellent experience. Purchasing a home long distance is especially challenging. But Susan kept on top of contacts, numbers, negotiation and a plethora of minute details. Things went so smoothly it actually surprised us. In the beginning Susan encouraged us to look at many options and we easily found a property we loved. She knew the market and adeptly figured out what we wanted. Her advice was spot on. Her recommendations were trustworthy. We had an ally in the process. She was there every step of the way. She responded promptly to every call and every email. We can't speak highly enough about our experience. Things that would normally be stressors (like home inspection, negotiations, home repairs, etc.) were just no sweat. She has the professional contacts to make loans, repairs, management companies and other issues just no big deal. In the end we paid a good price and walked away from the deal with some equity. She was there for us every step of the way. I am so grateful that we worked with her. It was a pleasure and a joy to work with her.
