Using this is like living in the Stone Age, they lie to you when they say they give you their best deal at a gig, I average 10mbps and for those of you who don’t know, that’s literally nothing you can’t even operate bingo.com with it, this is horrible and horrendously bad, I cannot wait until this new internet line is in so this rotten company can go out of business, they provide literally nothing to you and are horrible, your better off making your router outta dirt than working with these people

So tired of internet going out every night. Then we are told it will be $99 for a technician to come out and check their equipment. Customer service guy was quite arrogant. We know how to unplug and plug a cord back in. And when we say there are no devices connected because we have no service currently, then are repeatedly asked to give a list of connected devices....NONE BECAUSE WE HAVE TO HOTSPOT OFF OUR PHONES BECAUSE OUR INTERNET DOESNT WORK . Pay your bill every month and pay more when there are issues or sit without internet. Also they like to tell you atmospheric conditions alot....for months on end.

I will change my review later, but I'm more curious to find out why EVERTEK doesn't respond to some very important reviews that have a good point. Sure, there may be people who just like to complain but some have a very low review with a good excuse and a great point that can help or damage the reputation of Evertek depending on the answer. So... if they don't answer does mean the bad review is true and no one should use this service, or is it a lie and EVERTEK has fixed the problem? In just curious if they'll even answer my review.

Customer support and service was always pleasant to deal with when there was a problem. Being out in the country the connection was much better than using dial up, however it was consistently spotty and I only had 3 Mbps download which caused issues streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime or HBO Now if there was any other device connected in the house. Cancelled my service and switched to Hughesnet.

Worst service of any type I've ever had! Frequent random outags, at one point weekly with hours spent on the phone to fix. I pay for 10 Mb and normally get .5 to 2.5 Mb making streaming almost impossible. You'll definitely be paying for something you're not getting across the board and they're in no hurry to make it right.

I don't know how they stay in business! My internet cut out just as I was trying to write this review!
Im paying for 15/2 And most of the time I get speeds of 1-3
rarely do I ever get to 9.
I should not have to pay this much for such a bad service!

Abysmal service and customer support. The internet was down more than up. Customer support, when around, tries to blame it on the consumer instead of fixing the problem at their end. Expect to be told to unplug your modem and plug it back in a million times. And then when that doesn't work, they say its too bad, their techs wont be in for X amount of days.

Terrible service for way too much money. They owed my grandmother a $60 refund and talked her into paying for an email account for one year at $60. Absolutely took advantage of her, I won't stoop to name calling but would you really want to do business with someone like this?
