Well I hired eye spy because at first I saw they had great reviews for the few I found did digital forensics even tho 2 hrs away and the issue I was having I was being blocked to call detectives and lawyers so chose them and had a friend call on her phone and set me up an appoint Mike and I went over everything when I met him the hell of last 17 months and how I couldn’t send out email and only receive certain email not related to the case cuz it was all redirected He seemed very genuine and whole hearted and I left feeling very good hoping to finally put an end to the horror and get my life back I knew this person was gonna try messing up this case by trying to get information or something I said it in the way there I received a esign that I didn’t notice til after had metro detective squeezed in also and it was for release of my findings I noticed it was from hackers server and internal and also the emails I sent out earlier wer undeliverable so I called and tried to ask about the paper that was sent and to tell them I can’t email which I told Mike and I couldn’t get that all out and was told to hang up and email and it was 25 dollars a call I called back twice same thing well that got nowhere I couldn’t email and I still don’t know if the form originally came from them and got intercepted or was just another game this person who has been frauding me was doing so next day I was called and cussed out and called all kinds of things cuz I called and was just trying to say I couldn’t email and the emails I sent were undeliverable A week goes by I have no phone so I have friend call and she said they were rude so finally they say they r mailing my stuff still belittling me which I paid 2500 dollars and never got to know if he got my emails about computer and said he didn’t get anything about my emails I sent about picking up the stuff a different day I emailed and text I told him they were prob blocked as I already stated would happen My stuff arrived to me and it had been opened and I have to meet with inspector general tomorrow cuz the day it was out for delivery it got intercepted and a day later got dropped back off at same post office and than back out for delivery to me and I still have no report and cannot get thru to the company I did leave one message and now can’t get thru due to the situation so I think this whole time myself and Mike have been played unless this is really how they work but the person I talked to originally and the person who I talked to the other 2 times did not seem like the same and not professional at all and so far I have got my devices I originally gave to them back and nothing else but a lot of stress and headache and no report for 2500 dollars I would have never done this if this wasn’t gonna be my last resort Also and prob again the felon I’m dealing with I saw on website that mark thompson works for eye spy and it says he’s the owner which would be related to this person which would be a conflict of interest and as far as I know Mike is the owner but if that is not true and mark does work there it should have been illegal to take my case but I have never seen that name till now related to his so I’m hoping it’s all part of the game and Mike and I can both go after this felon and his dad read less

PSA! These people act in unethical ways. I spent a small fortune for their services. I only met the owner one time, he acted sincere but clearly wasn’t. And before he writes back with one of his sarcastic comments trying to avoid accountability, please just know I’m a real person who this company screwed over royally. They could’ve done the right thing and refunded me $4000 for work they did NOT do but said they would, but instead the owner’s wife chose to laugh in my face when I diplomatically expressed my dissatisfaction, and she hung up on me and then blocked my number. Very immature people! Avoid! I did better detective work myself than these “professionals”.

It began when they required me to sign a document stating. This authorization shall confirm that all services have been performed to my satisfaction and all goods and services have been received at the above email address, prior to them doing any investigation. Then they sent me a photo of a house with two cars in the drive, and claimed they were not able to make any contact. Then informing me, the $1540 deposit had been depleted. In short, I ended up paying them $1540 to take a picture of a house. What a joke. They didn’t deserve one star.
