The name says it all. Taking my stuff here was an easy solution!

Nate is incredibly knowledgeable. As such, he very capably helped me recover years of precious photos and other items, consolidating info from three different sources (two non-functioning) into one. He also helped me save money by using materials I had previously bought (in my attempt to do the job myself) and was generous to make a way to honor his quoted price. Very positive experience.

Bought a prebuilt PC from CyberPower who totally missed their mark with quality control. First time contacting EZ Solutions and the gentleman Nate told me to bring it up the same day. Was diagnosed and problem was found and he put in for some new parts. Long story short Nate knows exactly what he was doing and was not only professional but friendly as well. Even let me watch him replace a part here and there and kept me notified when everything was up and running. My PC has been running flawlessly now and I know it was money worth spent with this company. I plan on using their business in the future!

I am extremely happy with the service I received from your company. I was in a bind with trying to get my weekly sales report done along with our assistants paychecks. You don't realize how your whole life in in your computer until something goes wrong. I went in with my laptop for them to tell me that the motherboard was fried and it was unserviceable. $50 for what? Two weeks go by, it turns on, and works completely fine. So this makes me wonder, did they even look? Do they even know what they’re doing? Or did they just try to scam some college kid out of 50 bucks saying the laptop was busted?

Nate was great! He went above and beyond to not only diagnose, order, and replace the faulty hardware components of my desktop, but also removed incorrect drivers/software that I had, removed malware, and reorganized my internal components in an optimized fashion. We had great conversations as he showed me around his workshop, I learned so much about my computer components, and his services are very reasonably priced. I'll be sure to come back with any future issues I have.
