We have had all of our video/photo field technicians trained through Fast Company / LESA-U, classes starting with the basics of taking video and photos with the DVI application as well as the business communication class with an emphasis on developing good communications skills with the focus on skills needed to communicate with the dealership personal, office staff as well as how to communicate trouble-call issues to LESA.

The level of instruction has been very high. In many cases, staff have acquired skills that have or will allow them to advance in the workforce. We look forward to the advanced courses soon to be available.
