I just purchased some breakfast pork chops. Upon opening the package I discovered that the chops were 2 different colors. Meat shouldn't be 2 different colors. The color on top looked fresh while underneath where they were laid on top of each was more of a dark brown. Hope I don't get sick. I also noticed other meat that was brown in color. Why would you even have that on your shelves? Not to mention dented cans which could have botulism. Won't be shopping there anymore. Very high priced.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this modern new grocery store in Walsenburg.
The parking lot was well-lighted with designated wheelchair spaces. We stopped in on our way through for some easy travel foods. We found a clean well lit and well-organized store, and also found what we wanted.
There is even a pizza oven making fresh pizza.
We were impressed.

Decent grocery store, just DO NOT GET THE ROTISSERIE CHICKEN. It’s dry, overcooked and more like beef jerky. Pizza is excellent.

Our first time stopping here on the way home in southern Colorado. Looked clean from outside and was pleasantly surprised with the interior. Prices were a little higher in this area but this store looked way better than its option in town. More inviting. Key is available at the 1st check out aisle so you don't make the mistake rooming to the room just to turn around and have to head to a cashier. They had some cool jeep caps of which we purchased 2. I did locate a reduced price area in the back of the store near the deli area. We were sure to jump on some great bargains. We look forward to our return when we next come back from the Pueblo area.

As I was checking out I asked the cashier if they had a bathroom and she said yes but it looked like the key was gone. Then after checking me out she closed her lane and loudly told the other cashiers she was going to the bathroom. Customer service training would benefit everyone in that store!

Mixed feelings on my first visit to this store. Small town, clean store with a lot to choose from. Produce was nice but my disappointment came when I tasted the chicken tenders. Fish taste from either old oil or frying fish, literal gag. Come on guys, really gross, unedible.

not at all happy with the deli. bought some hot copa, got home and realized it was no good, rancid smell and taste. went to return exchange for some that was fresh and edible. was told i need to take it up with manager. talked to assistant manager that said he could do nothing to help me. Ha did take my name and number and would have store manager contact me. A week went by with no contact from store. i live apx 60 miles from store, stopped in store apx 1 week later to see manager. he stated to much time had past and could do nothing. it was only $10.00 worth of copa. A small portion of my weekly 300 to 500 in purchases.. I have decided NOT to shop this store. It will no longer be my FIRST CHOICE MARKET.
