I have an allergy to a preservative used in syrups and so don’t often get to enjoy flavored coffees. I was pleasantly and excitedly found they use homemade syrups to flavor their coffee. So I had a Carmel Latte for the first time in 6 years, this was such a treat for me! While many people won’t need to worry about an allergy to syrups, I think not only is it beneficial for others to have clean ingredients, but it also improves the taste and quality! So I’m sure you will also enjoy your flavored latte’s from here!
The coffee beans I found out are roasted fresh locally so you can enjoy a good quality fresh cup of java!
The only recommendation I might have for management is the staff was unaware of how I could purchase some of these items for my home use as I live out of state.
They told me I would have to call every order in when I asked if I could buy online. Then while waiting for my coffee I noticed a sign that they offer 5lb bags of coffee so I inquired and again staff was unaware suggesting I call the other location. After I left I went online and noticed that not only is coffee in 12 oz bags AND 5lb bags are offered online, but you can also sign up and subscribe to weekly or monthly shipping of your favorite coffee.
I think this could be beneficial for staff to know to encourage guests of this option. But just my own thoughts. Thanks for having a good quality coffee, I look forward to subscribing online and visiting when I pass through again in the future

Decent cafe latte without added sugar (bitter). Let it cool for ~5 min and better tasting.

Older/Historic building and not franchised coffee, I did my part to support small business.

A fantastic spot in the wonderful Fort Smith downtown area. The building itself is attractive & appears to be an old gas station. The interior decor & overall vibe is curated very well & exudes a very clean & relevant aesthetic. Very nice!

The staff is incredibly kind & cheerful! The Baristas are top notch when it comes to making tasty drinks. I had them customize the Jasmin Green Tea into a latte with honey & lavender syrup. It was SO SO good.

Great spot for remote work if you're like me. Great internet connection! Also if you have a doggo, bring em inside with ya! Just be sure to keep them on a leash.

10/10 would recommend

First office of the day as I'm driving across country, I was here early and stayed all morning. Great comfortable space for working on laptops and yes, the coffee is pretty darned awesome as well.

Cortado to start because I want caffeine and not a lot of fluid. Yeah, it's two ounces of espresso and two ounces of steamed (not foamed) milk in a four ounce short glass. Perfection.

Later in the morning, coffee number two was a mug of drip coffee and it was refilled. And a pastry of some sort.

Again, great for working, good parking and a really comfy morning vibe.

Absolutely horrid both times I’ve been. This last time takes the cake. I was trying to study with a group and we decided to order some food on top of our already ridiculously expensive SMALL coffee. The girl at the register was ignorant. She had no idea what was on the menu or what anything was, I told her I didn’t want coffee and she offered me a kiwi or raspberry coffee. What part of I don’t want coffee do you not understand? The guy working got my friend a flavored soda but I was not offered the same and I don’t understand why. Train your employees better on your menu. Don’t price gouge for shitty coffee. Have better attitudes. Honestly this is just some advice for you because I definitely won’t be wasting time or money here in the future.

Coffee is alright. My double shot late was a bit more sweet than my liking (coffee shops really need to leave the simple syrup and sugar adding to the customer at a station so that their particular preference can be met).

Now, my sandwich was very disappointing. This was a joke of a sandwich. The thinnest little slices of chicken I've ever seen and the flattest sandwich I've ever had. There was an uneven distribution of sub dried tomatoes and cheese and chicken as well. The macaroons they are selling are subpar and very dry. These are my complaints. Overall a nice atmosphere and friendly service. I would come back perhaps for the coffee if nothing else.
