We had a Microsoft software issue that was very difficult to resolve ( no help from Microsoft). Fox (Donnie) came to our home and spent a considerable amount of time trying to fix it, but ended up having to take the pc. He resolved the issue text day and also installed a new SSD at our request. Super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely use them again with any computer issues.

I normally repair my PCs, but when it appeared my video card failed, I decided to bring it in for testing. Ended up being the Mother board. They were able to replace the MB & reuse all my components saving me $$.

I bought a laptop at an estate sale with no power supply. They tested it and although it didn't work, they had a universal power supply i could have purchased. These folks have always been reasonable, fair and helpful. Grateful to do business with them.
