Disappointing company, I won several items at an auction and missed the day to pick them up due to an unforeseen circumstances that came up that day. I got a rude phone call about not being there and I asked if they could just put the items outside and I would pick up later (already paid for them). They told me they did not want to do that but would let me know when I could pick them up at another time. I reached out several times and they were unwilling to accommodate or just leave the items outside. They eventually quit emailing me back and I never got a chance to pick up my items, what a joke!
