Very Beautiful and well-maintained area. Tons of variety in the Flora. Well maintained lawn, however we did not go inside. The parking lot was big and had plenty of parking spaces. And the trails were kept well, they’re not the most stroller friendly.

Visited this place during some down time right after graduation. It has a great variety of plant life, though I was surprised to see so many desert origin plants - was expecting more specifically flora local to South Carolina. I didn't explore as much of the vicinity as I would have liked, it appears there are trails that take you to additional cool places that I missed given the short time I had. But even the area in the immediate proximity to the main entrance is worth a visit if looking for an excursion.

Very nice gardens, the wooded paths are beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. Easy access to all areas and nice loop around to the geology museum.

I had a guided tour of these beautiful gardens by my son Tyler in Late July while we were visiting. A beautiful place for a hike with a great diversity of plant life! I hope to return and try another trail!

This is NOT a very large botanical garden. However, I like to visit it mainly for its pollination garden and its bird feeder area. There are other areas too, such as the one near the visitor's center, which includes different types of gardens, including one with cactus.

But again I head for this place when I want to photograph birds, bees and other creatures.

Here's just a few annotated photographs that I have taken at this garden.

Absolutely Beautiful Gardens! Went late December and while obviously more dormant, a few camellias still sported their beautiful pink flowers. Excellent variety of evergreen trees and shrubs. I loved hiking through the different ecosystems and reading the many explanatory boards. Would love to come back in spring!
