Let me start by saying that I don't or at least I didn't care so much for real estate agents in general, until I met Francis Wells. We have lived in our home for some 36 years and it was time to sell our home. Hiring Francis was the best move I ever made. She brings to the table a lot of experience and know how. There are so many issues that come up in selling a home, it is a real life roller coaster. Francis had our back on each and every decision that needed to be made. She is personable and excellent about keeping us informed and ahead of the game. I whole heartily endorse Francis and would not hesitate to use or recommend her in the future. She had our backs and I never had to worried about any of the hundreds of small details, because she had them covered.
