FIBER internet at last in my rural community! I am happy dancing all over the internet now. Thank you so very much for providing a much needed fast connection for me to work remotely. Their technicians were great, communication was great, and they put in fiber all the way to my house underground when I wasn't even sure it was possible. I really appreciate them!!

I was surprised to discover unanticipated charges on my bill following a service call to fix my modem connection. Specifically, I was billed $90 for 50 feet of CAT 6 Cable and an additional $75 for the service visit, neither of which were communicated beforehand.

Furthermore, there was initially a one-month timeline quoted for Internet installation, which I had to advocate to expedite due to my occasional work-from-home requirements.

Considering these experiences, I will be exploring alternative Internet providers such as Starlink, who is known for transparent pricing and efficient customer service.

Customer service is terrible. Just to reactivate a service location is 3 weeks out.... i work from home and just moved into their coverage area. FYI there are other options availble with higher band width that can get to yiu a whole lot faster. I canceled this ftc and tgey were very ugly about it. Need some new customer service.
