Kathy is perfect to work with. I know nothing of how the stitching/embroidery actually works but I explain to her exactly what I want and for the past 3 years - I GET EXACTLY WHAT I ASK FOR !!! Google prompted me to write this review and I feel bad because I should have done it long ago without Google asking me.

I have met Amy, the owner and she stays in the background and allows Kathy and Gary to work their magic. The prices they charge for my "picky custom stuff" I always require is fair. They have never upcharged me for being a pain in tail either !!!

I have had over 100 custom shirts done and several custom hats for myself and employees since I chose to do business with them. 1 shirt had a minor flaw that I noticed but was ok with. Amy insisted she make another one at no charge and gave me the one with the blemish at no charge. This team is TOP SHELF. I recently placed an order for 20+ custom shirts and look forward to seeing the appreciative Smiles on my employee's faces when I give the new shirts to them.

A one-of-a-kind location what does service that is just too good to be true. These people will make whatever type of clothing that you've ever dreamed of or fantasized about it can't be fictitious or can be a part of a real business that you're going to build this is the place to go if you want something that tells people about your company or about something very cool that she would like to see happen. So I would recommend that you go and speak to Amy the owner of the store she's very kind and helpful and is willing to serve your needs. I hope you enjoy the start of your business!

Does all my business logo embroidery. You can bring in shirts, or you can choose individual garments to put logos on without having to buy in bulk which is very nice. Timely and professional and the Best EmbroidMe franchise I've been to

I visited this location after purchasing several embroidered shirts, sweaters, motorcycle doo rags and polo shirts from another franchise in another state (Virginia.) I provided my dst and jpg company logo and received a little over 21 tee shirt embroidered or screen printed shirts within 10 days. The quality of their work is great and the staff are very friendly, and I’ll definitely return.
