I've been using this company for years, recently it has been a real let down. I've waited over a month for service and keep getting the run around. I've been calling over and over for over a month and all I get are false promises. I don't have a problem waiting, I have a problem with false promises. If you say you are going to do something on a certain day do it or let me know. I shouldn't have to call you every other day for answers, very bad business practice.

No me gusta hablar mal de otros negocios pero me veo en la necesidad de advertir a otros sobre mi experiencia con gd project. Les encargue un letrero y 500 tarjetas para un evento de nuestro negocio, y nos dejaron sin tarjetas para el evento, a pesar de que les llamamos en repetidas ocaciones y siempre nos aseguraban que las tendrían, mi esposo hasta fue a verlos una semana después del encargo ya que ni siquiera nos mandaban el diseño de muestra, se esperaron hasta un dia antes de nuestro evento para mandarnos un diseño que no era lo que habíamos pedido originalmente. Nod tuvimos que conformar con un diseño por falta de tiempo, usaron un material barato y, al parecer, una impresora mala, ya que se ve pixelado, nisiquiera se puede leer, y usaron de excusa que las letras eran muy chiquitas, teniendo ahi de muestra otras tarjetas con diseños mas chicos y materiales de mejor calidad. Quedaron de volverlas a imprimir el siguiente lunes despues de nuestro evento.
