Our church, New Life Curch in Beeville, TX, had a tent revival at the George West City Park. Many George West, and even Three Rivers, residents attended. Many gave their life to Jesus Christ, many were healed of different types of physical and emotional ailments, and a few were delivered from demons! Even a few local Pastors attended! We even had baptisms on the last night of the revival!

Great little water park! Driving through George West, I was luckily able to spot the water park and decided to stop. It was 100° and the water was irresistible. Definitely very refreshing. Would stop by again!

We make it a point to stop here everytime we travel up/back from the RGV. A good place to stop timing wise. The pavilion is huge and makes me feel like I'm a kid in elementary again. 2 tables available under it. Nice to chill and watch the traffic pass by. Sonic is across from it directly, so we'll grab some food and eat it at the park/pavilion, a hop away. Excellent warm breezes! Important wee note: they have a water faucet available on the grounds! My 1 son had a "blow out" diaper (yucky) and I washed him off with the water there. (Desperate!) And after our 2 boys are done playing on the "humble" playsets I wash their hands and feet off there as well. 1 summer I drenched my son's head/hair with water when we 1st arrived, after playing ready to get back on the road his hair had already dried. You know South Texas heat! It became like a tradition for us to stop here. Humble and no bathrooms, but still. I believe Sonic has a bathroom, right across.

The park its self is a little worn down. The grass is filled with those sharp thorn plants that look like nice grass. The shaded area is nice and cool.
