There’s a reason they were voted #1 tech service company last year. I broke a hinge on my laptop cover. They ordered the parts I needed and were installing it when something slipped and the new cover cracked my screen. The ladies called to notify me of the delay for ordering a replacement screen. Today I picked up my laptop and paid them what they had originally quoted me. No fancy footsteps to try to get more money for the new screen.
Everyone makes a mistake or suffers an accident from time to time. What matters is “How did they respond to the accident?’ GCT responded with extraordinary grace. They are my go-to people for all technology from here on out. You can trust them.
