Great vendor to work with! GBM helped us with our hat project. They had plenty of options/styles to choose from and competitive pricing. Based on our design, Zack suggested we do a woven patch (which I had never heard of). He dropped off a couple of sample patches for me to compare and woven was definitely the way to go. The quality is top notch and everything went smoothly.

We ended up ordering some branded ceramic coffee mugs as well. We'll definitely be using GBM for our future projects.

Update: We ordered some mugs for the office and they look sharp! Thanks for making it happen Zack.

We didn’t know what we wanted exactly for our first promotional items, so we decided to order some patches we could apply to hats, sweatshirts etc to see what we liked. Martha helped us choose the exact type and size, gave us a price that was better than the competition, and it arrived in about 2 weeks during covid which is saying a lot! We absolutely love the patches and can’t wait to order more - it’s so much higher quality than we expected for a price that’s accessible, and great thoughtful service to boot. Customer for life.

These guys are fantastic! I worked with Jordan mostly, but Bob came and delivered our purchase. I have to give a huge thank you to both of these guys for making this as easy as they could. This entire process took us months to complete, no fault of GBM at all, entirely on my end for that happening. Jordan was extremely patient and willing to help and very communicative every step along the way. Their turn-around time was much faster than we expected and the shirts that we had custom embroidered looked fantastic! I would highly recommend these guys for any merchandising needs and we will definitely keep them in mind if we need anything else.

We work with Goodbye Blue Monday fairly often for our company clothing and we have never been disappointed! Zach is a pleasure to work with: always attentive to detail, responsive, and friendly. We have used their service numerous times, and will continue to for both personal and company needs.

Let me start by saying we did not request photo proofs of printed garments (HUGE mistake on our part for not requesting this and thinking they would provide solid communication as a repeat customer + reach out for any clarification). On one order they printed a style that looked good and then proceeded to print TWO ENTIRE runs of blanks (200/300 shirts in total) of the same style / different colors with every single graphic looking distorted, mottled, and bleeding into the negative space at the center of the graphic. Unsellable and just under $2700 worth of blanks we either cannot sell or have to sell at a reduced price. When we had a call with there coordinator and the printer he told us this was a “live and learn situation” and blamed it on our art and graphic designer saying the graphic was too small for printing and anyone with experience could see this would probably not turn out good. We wish that they would have mentioned this when we first sent the art to them. Of course we would have changed it to avoid any possibility of error. He said they weren't able to provide photo proofs because of the volume of shirts they produce - which I have not known to be the case when working with other large printers (they also provided photo proofs for all embroidered goods and label finishing). Then they repeatedly stated “this is why we don’t like to work with supplied blanks,” which we ultimately felt had little to do with any of our issues with them. I would actually have appreciated it more if they had taken accountability for errors and delays throughout our time working with them on these orders instead of making excuses.

Ultimately, they ended up giving us an 11.5% discount on the print invoice only because we fought them so hard.. All of this is not to mention the extended delays, bad communication (which always had to go through there coordinator - couldn’t talk to the owner who delivered goods or printer or finisher without going through coordinator who often did not communicate well or have all the info needed and would tell different people different things). They dropped off an entire shirt style (six boxes of t-shirts) without any embroidery and when we told them the shirts were not worked on yet they let us know their embroidery schedule was now pushed even further back! You would think they would immediately prioritize an order they messed up on instead of penalizing us with further delays.. I could go on with my grievances but all in all, we had worked with this business from the start of our own company and will not be returning. We wanted to support a local Colorado company and liked their competitive pricing but between the scaling of our business and the constant confusion, delays, and poor communication it proved to be far too much. I do not take pleasure in writing a negative review for a local company but felt compelled to share our experience.

“The majority of our work is produced on location at our production facility in Colorado without brokers or middlemen. This allows for better quality control and consistency of our screen printing and other services. This also guarantees products are delivered on time.”

My final word: the above quote taken from the home page of the GBM website, literally everyone of these statements we found to be false. We worked with a middleman who was based in Texas and told us we were unable to be in any direct contact with printers/ embroiderers/ etc. and had to go through her. Their "facility" is actually three separate facilities spread across the front range / Denver area which caused shipping confusion. Work was lacking in consistency/ quality and the deliveries were almost entirely not on time.

Edit: had some sweatshirts we printed with GMB brought to another printer for additional work and they told they found inconsistent printing / smudges/ fingerprints on the hoodies. They were shocked and helped us clean them up as best they could.. downgrading this review to 1 star..

Good prices and quality. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to continue doing business with them. After quite a few incidents with my sales rep at the time and another lady, they’ve proven to be unprofessional, imature, and impolite through actions I couldn’t believe a business (represented by those two ladies) would take dealing with a customer with such audacity. Goodbye Blue Monday worked with us to complete our orders but not without the negative attitude and disorganization we experienced. Despite the fact they made such bad mistakes, not once did that sales rep apologize or admit at least to some of her obvious shortcomings. Nothing’s worth being disrespected by a business, not even good prices and work.

I’m happy we found another local vendor that produces great quality results for even better prices AND with respectful and pleasant individuals to work with.
