Super thankful for Jordan and what Goosehead Insurance was able to provide for our auto coverage! Let me honestly say Jordan is wonderful. I am a first time policy holder and I’ve been in a tricky situation recently therefore I haven’t been the easiest to work with. When I tell you Jordan is so kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable in his field and is just such a good soul all around. He has certainly made this process easy and I came into it thinking it would be so expensive and difficult. He found me the best quote even though it wasn’t from him and got it all set up for me. I barely had to do anything. I’ve already referred at least 3 people to him. He is wonderful. Jordan, I cannot thank you enough for your patience especially but also your kindness.

Jordan was a referral from a friend. We had him bid homeowners when buying a house. I had to keep asking for updates during the process. He quoted one price then changed higher last minute. The higher price didn’t work with our loan so we notified him we had to go another route. 6 months later and I’ve started receiving collections for an unpaid balance. Jordan apparently ignored our emails and completed the policy without our permission. He won’t answer my texts or calls and refusing to fix his mistake. Filing a complaint with TDI beware of the fraud.
