Waited 4 hours until check in time and the room was still not ready at 4pm. Unfriendly service, my steak looked pale, but matcha was good. I would not book again.

Really great to see improvements to the rooms/windows in this hotel. Have not had a bad experience. The Grand gets incredibly busy, especially when there are flight delays. They provide a safe, warm, and clean room. Good meals at their local restaurant. I have always been treated fairly and with respect here. Treat staff with respect, and it will be returned in kind.

Only a couple in town but these guys are the worst terrible customer service, and I mean super rude these girls all need to take a class in manors, don’t forget to have to pay 15 dollars a day just to use the internet there, and it isn’t very fast either, food is highly over priced and taste like cafeteria food I’ve had better gas station hot dogs, rooms not very clean and highly outdated, do your self a favor rent a car and sleep in there

Took almost 3 weeks to book a hotel room calling and emailing frequently as I believe they had a new booking system. Complimentary shuttle from hotel was helpful. Thankfully I had a room and there were multiple people they had to turn away for not having rooms. Rooms were decent but it seemed most others in our group couldn’t get into their room until after 8pm but may have been a busier week than usual.

Overall decent for the price. Bathrooms and bathtubs need some work. I stepped into the shower only to see the bathtub shake because it was broken from the sides.
Internet and wifi sucks. The internet kept getting disconnected from laptop and phone. They charge $15/night for wifi for nothing. That is awful.

Awesome hotel in a scenic location, with huge suites, friendly staff and a seafood buffet that I still dream about!

Receptionist Kodi was a highlight of my stay - she has such a warm, bright and kind presence that made me feel like I was coming home. No matter what time I was coming or going she seemed to be a permanent fixture at her desk ready for a good yarn!

Only downside is that wifi isn’t available
