What a great experience we had at this eatery in Page. Doug the waiter was excellent and also gave us great info on the Grand Canyon/Horseshoe.
The Burgers and Chicken wings were outstanding. The fries could have been better but very edible.
Great atmosphere with lots of goodies for sale in the retail section. Thank you for making our trip to the Grand Canyon a great experience.

This is a hard review to give because the atmosphere is awesome with wide open spaces, cool seats at the bar and dining area, lots of stuff to do, indoor and outdoor seating, lots of liquor options and some good brews. Service was excellent walked in got seated pretty quick it was not busy at all. Waitress was attentive and precise. The food is the downfall to this place if they can master this, this would be the spot to go to!! They did start out strong though I ordered the Bavarian pretzel which was fresh and tasty. The main food came out and in the pictures it does look great but it tasted way different the burger felt like it was a frozen patty not a lot of taste and not a good meal at all. Sweet potato fry’s were good but not hard to make those. The pizza agian looked great but the crust was all floppy and needed to be cooked more. Overall maybe a good place for some brews and apps not a fan of the main food. If this place can workout the kinks in the food it would be the go to spot. Also to top off the not great food it was over $100 bucks for the food plus two beers. Not worth it

An amazing place with and a great atmosphere, huge but feels small with the welcome. The beers are excellent but also the gin is really good (I bought some premix cans to take away as well)
Food was great too, we had wings and pickles, not really a main meal but was too much to eat for both of us.
Hope to go again, thanks GCBC

We stopped in for dinner on a short trip to Page. Beer was excellent of course. I had the wings and they were huge! Perfectly cooked too. Hubby had pulled pork which he really liked. We sat at the bar and Julien served us. Very helpful and let us try a variety of beers. Definitely recommend.

This place was awesome, so Idk what the other folks on here are talking about. Our server Matt was great and asked me what I liked in order to make recommendations and let me say, his recommendations were spot on. The wings were large and some of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is dope and if I lived here I would certainly be a regular. The beer was also well brewed with a balanced flavor that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. If we're ever back in Page, we will certainly be stopping back and we will be recommending to friends and family 100%!

Excellent atmosphere. Had a very nice time with friends. Food is standard brewery food. Nothing to write home about. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the beers. Good advice. A little pricey IMHO (40+$ per person tip included).

Came in with a group. Large place that is very accommodating to large tables. Love the atmosphere. This is an old fire station that has been renovated into a cool brewery and restaurant. Open and inviting with large garage doors to the outside seating area. Fantastic service.

There are pool tables and a shuffle board table in the back near the kitchen and a fooseball table off to the side. This can provide great entertainment for your party. Wished I had noticed them earlier in the night.

The beer was excellent and they let us sample before choosing. The soda fountain station is accessible for customers to get your own drinks (or water). Refill all you want!

The downfall to GCBC is really the food. The burgers were over cooked and seemed like frozen patties. The buns were hard and stale.

We had the pretzel which is very large and tasty, but a bit oily.

The fried pickles were great. But for $13, you should get a basket of them. There were 5 wedges and the basket looked empty when they delivered it. The ranch sauce took up as much space in the basket as the pickles!

We also had the fried cheese curds. They were good. But again, served in a small bowl to make the portion look larger. Way too little for the price.

Talk about shrink-flation! No value for money in the appetizers.

This place has a great atmosphere and fantastic service. And a huge variety of craft beers. They need to get their food in order. This is their downfall. Very mediocre and over priced for the portions. Stale buns and really not very good meat.

Go for the beer and the atmosphere. Eat across the street.
