We have been using Grand County internet for about a year now. We've never had issues when streaming multiple devices.

Recently a building was erected very quickly next to our's. This blocked our signal because the antenna was now pointing at a building. We called and in less than 24 hours a technician was out and had moved our antenna so our internet would work again. Any big company would have likely taken weeks to fix the issue.

Defining costumer service!
After dealing with several occasions of my ignorance, this company continues to provide a service, that is impossible to obtain without them.
In 3 years, I have never went longer than 12 hours without internet. My neighbors with Century link cannot say that!
And to have the owner himself call you back to discuss any problems, that's priceless costumer service.
Jenny, I owe you an apology! What a duo! Father and Daughter run business, providing internet to areas that nobody knows about!

They do not answer the phone. Reached out 12-15 over a 4 hour period, nothing. If it is this hard to buy service from them, I can't imagine how bad it would be if I had to reach them for any service or billing issues.
