Very nice customer service, quiet and family oriented. Nice place to go in order to get any work done on a computer or if you just want a nice place to sit and read a book. Also has a complete room available for children to go for child care. Good place to check out if you are new on post.

I take my daughter to the lap sit and story time. It's absolutely wonderful. The staff is always helpful and polite despite being understaffed! The events they put on are so much fun as well!

Great library with tons of resources for Soldiers and families. They have plenty of activities for all ages. Do you need a space to watch a movie? They have a room for that. Huge selection of books and ebooks...if they don't have it, they will get it for you. Online resources are fantastic, from learning a new language to Ancestry for Free.

The library is pretty nice, and they have a good children's section with bean bags and lots of books. The staff are like most DOD civilians and are quite condescending. While filling out my form, the man at the counter spoke to my wife and I like we were 4 years old. As long as you have minimal contact with staff, it seems like a pretty good place, and you can check out as many books as you want.

I came from out of town to do research here and the staff was exceptionally accommodating. Not only do they house an incredible resource here, they went out of their way to make sure I had a quiet and spacious viewing area and often had my research materials waiting for me at the beginning of the day.

The wifi is back up finally! They have a new swap shelf for books, take one leave one kind of deal. They don't charge late fees only fees for damage/lost items. They are always adding new materials and programs and always improving.

Several rude employees who act annoyed to have to help people. Asking them to get books from other libraries is a tremendous pain and they refuse to do it over the phone. Additionally, civilian clothes and duty uniform are allowed but not exercise attire. This makes it even more difficult for soldiers in off-cycle duty hours to get a book.

Save yourself the hassle and get a library card from a Pikes Peak library and do everything over the phone with much nicer people.
