This was my third time working with a realtor to buy or sell a house (second time buying), and Beth was the best realtor I've worked with by far. She was very thorough, professional, and pleasant at all times. She walked me through every part of every contract line by line making sure I understood the full meaning of each part of the contract rather than simply giving a broad overview of each section as other realtors who I worked with in the past did.
