Been have issues since Monday and they have not resolved the issue. They keep on having me reset the router and that is it. They have not been able to send a tech to fix the issue.

Also bad customer answering service. They can not help. I call and they say I will get a call the next day. No call so I called again same response. This has been happening for 4 days now. Over and over

Came back to provide an update, never have I ever experienced such disrespect from people who are supposed to be in customer service, we unfortunately have our communities internet box in our back yard and due to extremely personal reasons I don’t feel comfortable having random people I don’t know on my property without my fiance present which I explained to the guys who came knocking on my door, only to be met with hostility and harassment trying to force me to allow people to enter my property even after I voiced my uncomfortably about it, they finally agreed to leave and to come back later when my fiance was home…then I get a phone call from them thinking they are calling my fiance and again tried to pressure me into letting them on my property to hook up my neighbors internet. If it wasn’t required to use them through my community I would end my service.

They were wonderful!! We had an issue with the wires running outside but they went out of their way to make sure I had internet access before leaving. They knew I worked from home and the rain was coming. I truly appreciate all the hard work and effort they did. Quality service with a heart for their customers. You can’t ask for more!!!!
