Received my son’s school pictures and they were absolutely horrible. Great quality but what happened to at least attempting to get the kids to smile? Or fixing their hair a little bit? They literally took my sons picture and sent him on his way, there was no attempt to get him to smile nothing he looks CONFUSED in his pictures and these are his very first school pics. Very disappointed

Our schools just switched to Halverson. The quality (of the magnets) are poor compared to the previous company. The magnets are much thinner, poorly cut out, don't include name/year, previous magnet packages also came with door hanger and bookmarks for similar pricing as just the magnets. Photos are still good quality though. The price for what you get just sucks. (Also, $20 for teeth whitening is robbery).

My child didn’t receive their school photos from the school and when I called to request help from Halverson, they promptly returned my call and offered to replace the photos and mail them directly to our home. Great customer service!

photographer makes u smile how they want and do ur hair how they want leading to horrible photos. Not a single kid is ever happy with the photo because they tell you what to do instead of just taking the picture. Stop ruining photos by making us do unatural faces. It tells you something when not a single student is satisfied with their picture and nearly half the school retakes. its clearly the photographers and not the students.

Customer oriented and have had MANY pictures taken over the last 10 years. This year we moved and had issues with them not arriving in the mail. I reached out and had a response in less than 12 hours (overnight) confirming when they were sent. Once I confirmed I didn't receive them they immediately offered to get another set sent out. I appreciate you guys so much!

I’m have had multiple pictures by this company but recently not so great about 4 years ago my daycare used them for photos and they didn’t get any good photos. Today I received my child’s picture back from school today and let me tell you I’m super disappointed he is in mid blink I know you can see the picture why would you send that out? It’s not ok! I paid good money for a good photo and got that! I’m not happy! I loved the backgrounds but I’m super sad how they turned out!

Backgrounds are basic. Very little options compared to the other Photography business the schools use to use. Prices for pictures are absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't even consider them packages and the prices for the few pics you get in "package" is insane. It would cost hundreds of dollars per student (I have two) in order to send to the grandparents alone. (If I don't want to send them the few wallets) I love when the kids do school pictures. Feel like I'm held hostage because what choice do I have but to order.. These are my kids school pics! Incredibly disappointed. With these prices, I would have expected some extraordinary pics. Not even close.

Great experience with Halverson for 3yr Old to 12th grade School Photos! They were very accommodating, Personalized and great customer service, quick to answer questions, plus the pictures looked amazing! Absolutely loved working with them! I highly recommend them!
