I call to ask what kind of services they offer and they proceeded to asking my address and never told me about the services as I told them I was new to Iowa and then they ask what I was looking for and then at the very end they told me that they was an internet and phone service and I’m not sure if they serviced my area or not but it would have been a good sale because I need internet and cable and phone all that in my new place but didn’t seem like they was trying to help. Could have just got my city and said no we don’t service your area . Instead want to be nisey and hit you with the unfortunate. I peep game I just stay my lane .. ran wrong first impression on me . Try and see for itself to each is own .

We have their fiber-optic service. We've had very few issues with service connections. When needed, they have great customer care. A phone call will get a return call after-hours. Many issues can be solved over the phone but, if not, they are more than happy to come our and fix the problem, even in the evening. No waiting until tomorrow and taking time off work to meet them at the house. Great Service!

So happy with Courtney. She was so professional and courteous. Went the extra mile to see that phone service could be restored for my mother and Aunt to communicate. I want to make sure her Superior, Heidi, is aware how much of a special asset she is to their team. We had to work with two different phone companies to accomplish the problem and happy to say that Heart of Iowa should be very proud of Courtney.

Had internet installed in a home my family is buying. Installer Junior was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and interpersonal.

We are moving from Des Moines which is much different than the small town of Conrad. Junior talked to us about the local schools, attractions, and restaurants. He even talked to us about the previous owners and his friend who grew up in our home.

Junior also knew a lot about the service he was installing. I need to be hardwired for work and he asked follow up questions about my specific needs, made sure it was placed exactly where needed and walked us through the app and the amazing features.

Overall, Junior made us feel welcome and installed our internet quickly and perfectly. Thank you!

While I hear that Heart of Iowa has great service and good products, they have been unwilling to expand and serve our neighborhood in rural Marshall County. Having customers only a mile down the road, they have not discussed providing service to my neighborhood where we currently have no internet providers (outside of satellite). 2020 has only made this situation more difficult as we are now trying to keep our 3 children current with online schooling/educating. It sure would be nice for a local company, whose goal is to provide quality internet access, to service its rural customer base. Please reconsider expanding your services so we can have the same access as our neighbors down the road. Please consider it for the sake of our kids who lack the same basic resources as other students in Marshalltown.

Terrible. They will rack up your bill with nonsense charges then disconnect you for not paying them. What’s worse once you sign up for their Internet you will start getting hundreds of spam calls every day.

Yes I’m sorry about the way you were going on a day and you were counted as well I don’t think I was wrong I was really like that you didn’t think that I would like to go with photoshop or something like that and then I’ll be on my way to work I can find out if you have a chance. Like I just don’t think this is worth what I’m paying.

Good internet but when is gig internet going to be offered at a reasonable price for residential customers? 500 a month for gig internet is ridiculous
