We worked with Matt Tobin from High Point to sell farm land and were incredibly satisfied with our experience. I am very pleased that we selected High Point Land Company to help us sell our farm in Iowa. After we contacted High Point, they prepared a thorough valuation of our farm. They also gave us feedback on how they thought we could get the best value. One of the most important aspects of this process was the frequent communication from our High Point agent, Tanner Knowlton. He consistently kept me informed about what needed to be done and when. The result of this was that their marketing plan generated the interest necessary for our LLC members to easily decide to accept the bids received on auction day. In addition, High Point has contacts for other services as we needed a new survey done before the auction.

After the auction, Tanner continued to assist by working with not only me, but also the buyers and the county officials. While issues surfaced, Tanner was there to provide his experience and discuss options on how to proceed. The result was all four closings were done in a timely manner. Finally, almost all of the work was done remotely, as I, the Manager of the LLC, live in Colorado. Tanner's action during this process gave me the confidence the being remote was not going to be a problem.
