The overall experience was good. The hotel has a nice clean friendly look. The only thing that I would recommend is to repair the carpet in 116 before you rent it out again. It has 2 big bleached? Looking stains that took away from my overall feel of my room and value of the room itself.

This Holiday Inn Express is situated near the Mall and within walking distance of several food options. The room was clean and the free breakfast was nice to have. There is a pool and exercise equipment if you're so inclined to workout. Nice property and pleasant staff.

This hotel is still celebrating “Covid-19” festival. They don’t clean the rooms if you’re staying more than one night. And they don’t tell you about this rule at the time of check in. And the staff is very rude. Otherwise rooms are good and location is perfect.

Wish we were here longer! Such a great location with so many valuable amenities right in the same parking lot or just across the street! Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast choices were great, and room was amazing. Would have loved to get to use the pool and gym!

Best sleep here that I’ve had in a long time . The front desk host was very helpful, he was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed a true team leader. Also respect the fact during the time of me swimming another employee can to make sure me and my partner had fresh clean super hot dry towels. I would most definitely this location to others and I will most certainly be returning soon.

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Jordan Creek West is in a great location in West Des Moines. The hotel is updated with 2 elevators and a nice pool. The service leaves something to be desired. The breakfast was not good. Very little choice as pancake machine was broken and items were not restocked for breakfast. Items that were there were cold and was told at 9:20 they were done serving. Was told they were out of hot chocolate mix also for 2 days. The evening front desk receptionist was not very friendly upon check in. Had to ask for a hairdryer and only 3 towels in the room when there were 4 of us staying in the room. Better management would make for a better experience at this Holiday Inn Express.

Second time staying at this location and will continue to stay here in the future as it is conveniently along our usual route of travel to visit family.

Upon check in, no one was at the front desk and I had to call the hotel phone number to get staff attention. Desk worker did come and was friendly and helpful. But also couldn't be troubled to hang up or mute their ongoing personal cell phone call.

Booked a queen suite, to include a third pull out bed, but bedding was incomplete. Frustrating to pay for a third bed but the room came unequipped. Still slept well and room was very clean.

Fortunately the night was inexpensive as it was off peak. Breakfast was fine but everything was overcooked.

Still overall a good stay despite easily avoided random misses.

Great location between two schools for lacrosse games. Hotel allowed us to check in early. This was very nice to get settled prior to our first game. The room was very clean. Comfortable bed and very quiet allowing for a great night of sleep.
