I would stay here again anytime I visit the quad cities. The location was great and had many dining choices as well as shopping needs. It was close to the casino and affordable. The hotel was well maintained and the staff were very friendly.

Nice hotel. Clean and helpful staff. Restaurant was one of the nicer we have seen. Hallways could be loud at times need some better sound proofing. Overall recommend

Beds were very comfortable, hotel was clean, no noise at all. Easy check in and out, would recommend this hotel! Was close to a shopping area, walking distance, restaurant on site but did not use it, others in area, they also serviced breakfast is you wanted it.

Poor checkin experience. Waited at least 15 for attendant to appear. We couldn’t find any staff to assist, once appeared the attendant was condescending when we asked question about transaction. We had 2 adjoining rooms on 5th floor. Several other guests on floor were extremely loud im the hall throughout the night well until 4a and we received no sleep. We were in town for an all day volleyball tournament and while it was unfortunate none of us slept, the most disappointing was that our daughter who had to play all day following no sleep for her first ever travel sport experience.

Room was spacious and clean so thank you to housekeeping staff!

I really like this Holiday Inn! It's beautiful inside and the rooms are comfortable. Bring your own pillow if you can cuz they kinda suck, sorry. Their J lounge is quaint and lovely. As for the restaurant...I was thinking maybe the food is better during a busier tome of year. My soup was straight out of a can and not even microwaved to hot. I did get a refund

The king bed was very clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The restaurant also offered great lunch and dinner options. The rooms could use a little updating like the bathroom had scuff marks on vanity and shower doorseal was coming loose. Otherwise it was a great stay and the staff goes above and beyond!

The girl working at the counter when I arrived was very pleasant. She made sure to go over everything with us. We felt comfortable about where things were after talking to her. Our room was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfy. The only thing that I would have changed if I could was the water pressure. We barely got any water from it.

We choose to stay at this property for various reasons... location, safety, convenience and staff competency. It is located close to highways and main thoroughfares. The parking is ample and well lit, which makes solo travelers feel safe and ensures their cars are protected. The hotel is close to shopping in case you forget something. The staff is always happy to see us, most remember us by name, and go out of their way to accommodate our requests. Those of us who are chasing hotel points appreciate the benefits.
