This hotel is in an ideal location and has easy access to the Skyway system! My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a great city view. The gym was much larger and cleaner than most hotel gyms! The hotel restaurant served delicious food in a great atmosphere. Parking was convenient, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to others!

Our stay started with being greeted by a wonderful front desk staff member. We got upgraded complimentary and had a fantastic view of the Foshay tower.

The room was decorated in a modern art deco theme which was unique and fresh. The blackout curtains were amazing and helped with a great night sleep!

The location of this hotel is very central. You can go north to Washington Ave or south towards IDS and other restaurants.

We had a night cap drink at Star Bar which is a cool bar with great service. Locals should check it out!

Overall, would definitely come back and stay.

10 of us ladies were there for a wedding at the Hotel 1858. Hotel Indigo was the perfect location and such a comfortable hotel downtown Minneapolis. All the staff is so polite and knowledgeable. Server Mike in the Star Bar was so nice. All of us commented on how comfortable the beds are and clean rooms! Thank you all for making our stay great.

The hotel room was well appointed, quiet, with a comfortable bed and a great layout. It was excellent for a bit of work and then a shift to downtime and a good nights sleep. The staff we great but I must give BIG compliments to Mandy Madow who checked me in with warmth, charm, and just the right questions to get me the ideal room for my stay. Mandy’s a keeper and I’ll keep this hotel on my top shelf of IHG preferred locations.

The room was beautiful, and the service was top notch. We were there for dinner and a show and don't make it to downtown much. When we checked out, we, of course, couldn't find out car. I went back to the front desk for help, and Hayley went above and beyond to help us find it. She took us to each floor and asked lots of questions to help us remember. Eventually, she even drove her own car through the ramp and came back with a picture and location for us! She saved the day and was super patient and helpful. I would definitely go back there again (but this time pay better attention to where we parked)! The customer service alone makes this a place I'd visit again.

We decided to stay downtown to be close to US Bank Stadium for the Packer's game. The Indigo was within walking distance. Our room was larger than we expected, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean. I appreciated the black-out shades on the windows since we stayed out late at night and wanted to sleep in. We called for extra towels a couple of times, and each time they were delivered within minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I saw a couple of dogs with some guests so they must be dog-friendly. I would definitely recommend the Indigo.

I would highly recommend this boutique style hotel for anyone that needs to be in walking distance to the U.S. Bank stadium or Target Center. There are wonderful restaurants and bars close by. Parking is very secure. The beds were so soft! The hotel bathroom shower was fabulous along with the finely decorated room. The nespresso coffee maker in the room was a great added touch for that first cup upon rising. The staff was friendly and our breakfast waiter the morning we had breakfast there was so friendly and efficient. I’ll will be staying here again forsure!

I have long time been a member with IHG hotels and stay at Indigos speciality because of the service and quality I get with the rooms. I was greatly disappointed that on my final morning, with check out at 11AM that house keeping staff started knocking on my door at 8:30 am asking if I’m leaving, no check out is at 11. Again at 9:30 am, and AGAIN AT 10am CHECK OUT IS AT 11. So instead of trying to enjoy my morning before another hectic work day with travel, I get to feel like I’m being pushed out just for the convenience of the staff. After talking with the front desk woman, all she could offer is an “sorry”. Won’t be booking this hotel again and I’m incredibly disappointed.
