Loretta is very nice, helpful, efficient, professional, considerate, and thoughtful throughout the entire process of taking a large amount of my personal 65+ year old 8mm film reels and getting them onto thumb drives and DVDS. She answered all my questions and concerns very patiently and kept me informed of the project from start to finish.
