We decided to have our 20yo furnace replaced and went with Illiana Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. They gave us a good deal on a bundled package for both air and furnace. Misha was the technician for the furnace and Adam was the technician for our air conditioning. Both were very professional and did a superb job. They both answered all my questions and have provided me with valuable information on their respective install. I'm happy for their service and great doing business with them. Highly recommended. 👍

I had Illiana over for a consultation and estimate for an air conditioner. They are a family owned business and which is why I called them. After talking to Dan, one of the owners, I just went ahead and hired them. Dan was certainly nice enough, but also knew air conditioners and explained the different ones in a way I actually understood. Steve came out later to install it. He did a very good job, and when he was done, he left my furnace room as clean as it was before he starting working. That was a pleasant surprise. Very nice and efficient people. I would highly recommend them.

Very good over all experience. They were fast in arriving the day our furnace stopped working. The technician was able to diagnose and fix it in under 2 hours. Illiana also communicates very well with text updates and emails so you know exactly when your technician is coming out. We are so glad we called them.

Your techs did a great job! They showed us before and after pictures of our vents
which helped us to realize the value of having our vents cleaned. They were very nice, personable, and respectful to me, my wife, and our home.

Viewed Web page and chose to call. Immediately I felt as though I was being prioritized. Appointment was made, told I would be advised of technicians arrival, and within a three hour time frame, I was kept in the loop, received technical service and advised of many options.
The service technician assessed my concerns, answered questions without hesitation, and advised me with several choices I could make. There was no pushing towards spending money or making an immediate decision, no scare tactics. (My system is over 20 years old)
As mentioned, start to finish, in 3 hours, and now I have my afternoon to myself, with peace of mind. Thanks to the Iliana team.

We called Illiana because we woke up to our furnace not working. They told us they could be here between 11 and 1 which was great! But they were actually able to come earlier (and they do send a text letting you know they're on the way). Very professional, and everything is up and running again! We would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

From emergency diagnosis from Jerry, to Tech Mischa and supporting tech, and Supervisor Jose who came to help figure out my layout, and to explain to me.

They were all very pleasant to work with too.
