This company does NOT stand behind their products. I bought a corner rounder that never came close to fulfilling its function after hours of adjustment. Company would not refund, and labeled me a "problem maker" in an email they sent to their distributer. I was not a "problem maker", I was a customer with a problem who needed assistance because of their poorly designed machine. I will now proudly accept the title "problem maker" since I will be telling anyone who will listen my experience.

Image One Impact is a pretty disappointing company. Abysmal service and they have little interest in standing behind their products.

After being their customer for over 10 years (spending several thousand dollars) we were referred to Graphix Direct - one of their distributors - when we contacted them to purchase a large die and base for a $500 corner rounder we had purchased from them.

Graphix Direct took over 3 months to get the product to us and the die that arrived was manufactured too short to cut all the way through the material. When we sent photos of thin aluminum that was only partially cut through Graphix Direct responded that the "manufacturer" (ImageOne Impact) said that the cutter was not made to cut corrugated plastic.

We sent additional photos showing that the die was manufactured too short and also explained that the product it couldn't cut was aluminum, not coroplast. After several follow-up emails were ignored by the distributor we contacted ImageOne directly and provided their director of ops with the photos we had sent.

Initially he was somewhat helpful and asked that we send our receipt. After sending the packing slip he asked that we send the die. A couple weeks after ImageOne Impact received they said they needed more time to diagnose it. A month later, and 1 1/2 years after we placed the order we're still trying to get a die that is operable.
