Wonderful mailboxes but the system in place to order, get questions answered, and discuss concerns is NOT very good at all! It's too bad that we have only one dealer servicing our area.

I am super impressed with the customer service and fast response time with my mailbox. I called and spoke with Kimberly in Millbrook, AL. She was very helpful and I was able to place my mailbox order over the phone. I was told to expect a few days before they could get to me. So I was surprised that the very next day the mailbox was installed at my home and they hauled away the old mailbox as I requested. It looks great and matches the HOA's specifications. I also received an email receipt and one in my mailbox that same day. I had an exceptional experience with Imperial Mailbox Systems.

What a great company to deal with. Kim and Amanda were amazing. I needed to replace our original mailbox (30+ years old) to comply with our HOA guidelines. The service was top notch and shipping was fast. Excellent quality product and replacing the existing box was fast and simple and of course an exact match to the original.
