I can't say enough good things about Imperial Media. Rebecca and Howard are professional and deliver what you need no matter the circumstance. I had an issue that seemed insurmountable, but because of Howard's diligence and persistence he was able to figure out how to deliver me exactly what I needed. They genuinely want the client to be happy and will do what ever it takes to deliver an excellent product.

I highly recommend using Imperial. They are fast, client friendly and great at what they do.

Imperial Media is exactly what I was looking for in getting my BluRay and DVDs duplicated to send in for Film Festivals. They have the experience to let me know what was required for most Festivals and they had a very fast turnaround time, which I was also looking for. The quality was superb and Howard and Jacqui were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You can't go wrong with using them!

Howard and Jacqui at imperial media services are the best! I needed copies of several CDs for a show. They were able to turn the order around within 24 hours on short notice.

I’ve worked with several CD manufacturers over the years and hands-down, imperial media services is the best I have used thus far!

They are a family owned business and it’s refreshing to be able to work directly with the manufacture to make sure that the product is delivered to your specifications, efficiently, with a smile and add a wonderful price point!

Above all, their office suite is warm and hospitable, comfortable for clients and complete with relaxing waterfalls and a Koi pond!

I highly recommend imperial media to anyone requiring media production.

Family run businesses, the heart beat of America are on life support. And never there has been a more important time than now to support small businesses like Imperial Media services. Howard and Jacqui are the embodiment of the America I love. Professional, ethical, hardworking and immensely personable - not to mention, miracle makers. I needed 100 DVDs made to be sent for awards and I ended up almost making some wrong decisions based on the specs of another media service, till Howard stepped in and not only guided and coordinated with our international team halfway across the globe but ended up delivering the whole project 4 days earlier. They literally worked day and night on it. Turns out Howard, a Northridge Cal state engineering alum, is as wicked with his zinging wit as he is with his expertise. Working along with his business and life partner Jacqui who is the embodiment of courteous professionalism the two are what America needs more of.

I have worked with Imperial twice and they are super professional, super nice and will hold your hand through the process if necessary. Our company had DVDs made and Howard went out of his way to make sure our artwork was perfect. Jaqui and the rest of the staff were always friendly and on the ball. We tried them because they had the best prices for duplicates and are now return clients.

We have been going to Imperial Media for 4 years now. We would highly recommend them! The personal service is so great! Everyone at Imperial is really nice. They are friendly and very helpful! Their attention to detail is first rate and the dvd's are high quality. Even when we approved artwork they found mistakes we had missed. We work for local schools and have found their prices to be very good and the turn around time is very fast. We give them 5 STARS FOR Excellence!

The folks over at Imperial Media are unbelievably quick. When I called in spoke with Howard who answered all of my questions with After my very pleasant consultation with Jackie, they delivered my small order of 25 DVDs with in a few hours.
