Very shady company in my opinion. They give you quotes that specifically say that your driving history is being used to form the quote. Then once you accept the quote they come back with a higher number saying how the quote didn't have your history on it. The first quote they give you very clearly calls out that they are using your driving history to make it in plain English at the bottom.

When confronted about this they told me that is just how they do business to save money. They stated it costs them money to check driving history so they wait until later to do it. So basically they are not being truthful at all on the first quote to get you in the door then check history later after you agree to pay the smaller amount. Bait and switch tactics in full effect here. That is a very shady practice. Tell the truth the first time, we are adults and can handle it. Don't entice people in with lower prices you know are not real and then surprise them with higher ones later.

Worst insurance company ever, Very shady. Been with them 10+ years and all of a sudden they want a copy of vehicle registrations, pictures of drivers license, pictures of all 4 sides of vehicles, pictures of structures where vehicles are stored. I switched to State Farm and will be saving $2,300 a year on insurance.
