If you have extra time to get involved in marketing research, then this is a good place. If you’re selected and show up, for the little time you invest you get paid pretty good. Staff are usually very friendly and polite.

This used to be a great place to do some fun surveys.
Over the last year and a half the staff is new.
I have never been treated so rudely. They are short and have zero phone/people skills. I had to reschedule a time, to fill in for an emergency at work. The "lady" on the other end DIDN'T LISTEN when I told her that I would reschedule for a different time, but it couldn't be the same day. She then proceeds to say so you can come today at 6:00. UMMM NO, I just told you it couldn't be today, but you were not listening, but I could come tomorrow. She hung up on me.
Today I received another call, which I didn't answer (due to being at work) with a message saying the were very short on people for this survey and did I still want to participate? the answer to that is NO!
They could start buy getting rid of the rude staff and hiring someone with some people skills. This is a customer service based business, hire people with some sort of customer service skills.

My only dislike about the company is the method of the payment options for reimbursement. I chose the option for a virtual card so I wouldn't have to wait till 7 business days for plastic car but it's a handful of places you can use it at

Quick and easy surveys that pay between 30 and 60 for 15 minutes to an hour of your time to taste new products. Just be sure you make it within 15 minutes of when your scheduled or they might ban you

I've done many studies over the years here at various research companies in Denver. Insights is BY FAR the best, my favorite to be a part of whenever they call you for a taste test. They're super friendly, very clean, and communicate very well. It's no surprise to see them growing.

This place is a scam! I have been doing research studies for about 8 years with other companies and have never had an issue. In this particular study we were sent home with chicken broth and had to buy our own food to make soup and give feedback on it. The paperwork given said the survey had to be completed BY a certain date to her compensated. Well, the date came, I went in to submit the last of my feedback and couldn’t. The dingbat who answered the phone at the center actually argued with me what *by* meant. In her world it meant *before.* So we argued semantics, she was condescending, and bottom line, I won’t get compensated for anything, not even what I spent on groceries for the soup. I contacted their client and even they said the wording was misleading as the survey was due the day before their *by* date. They were supposed to contact us to let us know, of course they said they did yet I have no emails or voice mails. This was a total scam. It’s a shame because my family and I were enjoying the taste test and the product.

Staff is friendly and professional and it’s a great way to make some money and try tasty consumables. Plus, it’s kind of nice knowing your 2 cents worth might be making a difference:)
