Mimi is the best! I absolutely love the customer service and the quality of the products I receive. I’ve taken my products from this place with me on tour and I’ve been receiving nothing but great feedback about the shirt quality. She turns around my last minute orders and never misses a beat. The print quality lasts a long time and I have nothing but stellar things to say about this location. They have my business for life. If I could leave a 6th star, I would!

I had 2 items that needed embroidery. My original plan fell through so I needed same day service. I called Instant Imprints and after listening to my needs, they were willing to try to get my gifts done. I immediately drove there and they agreed to finish by the end of the day. I called a couple other places prior and no one was willing to even try. I’m so grateful for them. My gifts were beautiful and on time. They have a customer for life.

Mimi is extremely helpful. I called instant imprints at 12:30 on Monday and told her I need 10 shirts done by the next day. She made it happen!!!!!! Actually got it done the same day I called before they closed. You are a life saver. Thank you for being so helpful. Also a shoutout Matt who helped out too.

Used this company prior to mimi with no issues. Placed another decent order with shirts and sweatshirts for about $700 and the first order did not come out good. Some of the prints were failing as soon as I picked them up on about 3/4 of the clothes, I really just wanted a refund, but she insisted on redoing it, so I let her. Picked them up and overall, it was ok, she had to pull the decals off, and you can still see the old print which is annoying and whatever spray she used to remove them stained some shirts that won't come off. Fast forward to around 4 months and have only worn the new shirts maybe 4-6 times (I also wash them inside out and wash and dry on delicate), The prints are completely failing. I reached out to her (already annoyed because I've ordered shirts from other companies, and this has never happened with so many issues) and she said its normal wear and tear.... mind you 4 months ago. I believe about 10 shirts are currently failing and I'm scared on how long the others will last, especially since I gave some to my family as gifts to represent. I've had to rip some of the decal completely off because of how bad it's failing.

Got two shirts done here over year now can’t believe I forgot to write a review… honestly amazing customer service and what she was able to do with a little JPEG screenshot very small picture and put on to a couple of shirts. I think that same day because I had a funeral and that’s what it was for and just the empathy and the willingness I could not have been more grateful and they turned out absolutely beautiful.
