I had to print an 11x17 portfolio with a cardstock cover, plus a few resumes. They were super helpful and printed everything while I waited, giving me test prints to make sure everything was correct.

Staples, by comparison, has cheaper (ie. flimsy see through) paper and did not carry cardstock and wanted me to send out my project for delivery in 7 ish days. My interview got scheduled closer than that which make it a no-go.

I will be using Insty-Prints for future prints. They were kind, but note they take cash/check only.

I figured a store that has the word "print" in the name would be synonymous with helping you print things.

"Hi. I have a rich text document on a USB drive, and I only need 2 copies. Can you help me?"

"Well, I can do it. But it's gonna take about 45 minutes."

"To print 2 pages?"

"Yeah, one of my machines is down."

As I looked around and saw roughly 5-6 printers within 20 feet, I thanked the gentleman and left. Maybe it's my fault for not having a printer of my own. I went to the UPS Store, and they printed 2 pages in 5 seconds for $0.21.

Been coming here to fax papers for almost two years. Bill has always been quick and helpful.

As you walk in, sometimes the smell of wash fills the room as the binder and copier spew sounds of paper metal and plastic clicking away.

Bathroom is always clean.
Parking and location great.

I was having a problem getting a memorial print printed that I designed myself for my Uncle. I stopped in here from a google search and they were amazing! They listened to me helped me put it on a print and printed it right there for me on the spot. I had my tiny humans with me and they were ever so kind to them. As a single mom I get tired of people giving me looks for bringing my kids everywhere with me. But they went out of their way to make them feel like they were not in the way. 10/10 I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be back when I need more things printed!

I sent in files for photos to be printed for an event, and the prints were beautiful, inexpensive, done quickly, and the employee was really helpful and accommodating. It was a much better quality experience than printing them at a box store!

I went in to get some portfolios printed. I had them printed several times before at other locations, but felt like giving this place a try.

The man who helped me was quite rude, and talked down to me as if he couldn't be bothered. I gave him a USB with my PDFs and before I could say anything else, he disappeared into the back. I then said, jokingly, "I guess I should have said I wanted them double sided" when he came back with everything already printed. "Yeah, you really should have," he said shortly. He then rushed me through the rest of the process, never giving me any options for binding, paper, or finishing. If they had different options (like most printing places do), he certainly didn't present them to me. Perhaps it was my fault for being complacent, especially since he seemed like he just wanted to get me out the door without much concern for what I was looking for.

The job they did was passable, but not anything fantastic. It was a job that I probably could have done myself in all honesty. If you need something a bit more complex printed be warned; it may not turn out how you've done it in the past (or especially if you've never printed it before).
