Staci Krause communicated throughout the entire process. She told me what I was signing and what it was for; she also followed up throughout the process. She went above and beyond to help me get items and garbage off the land by using social media to find any person(s) who wanted items and did. She did not need to assist in the latter part of everything she's done for me. It was my responsibility to care for it, but because I was in a different town, and she lived in the area of the property for sale, so she knew the ins and outs of the area and made a post and all the last leg of responsibilities needed to be done, were done thanks to Staci.
