We recently purchased a spot in the paper for an announcement and were surprised at the cost of $100, it was fairly small for the price, but was in color. When calling to inquire about getting the announcement placed our questions were met with impatience and a definite tone of voice that suggested we were not worth their time to talk to us. My mom was treated the same way when she called to ask them a question. When we went in person to pay the lady who took our money was very nice and provided good customer service. But the other employee there was pretty snappy, one can assume she was who we spoke to on the phone. The announcement printed correct and looked good, but they need to work on their people skills.
