Working with Jessica and learning the practical tools she presented was extremely helpful in defining what grief actually is and is not as well as identifying the other losses I may be experiencing grief over that have nothing to do with death. I gained a lot of new knowledge about responses to grief and left equiped with a practical way to identify grief and engage in the work of finding a healthy head and heart regarding it.
