I’ve enjoyed having Amanda as one of my Virtual Assistants. She’s smart and has suggested solutions that I didn’t think of, many of which have saved me both time and money!

I have Bright Shiny Object Syndrome and can get sidetracked easily. Amanda will do her best to refocus me, which is something that I really need as a self-employed business owner who works from home. Having her keep me on task with humor and gentle firmness is good for me and my clients.

Amanda has a “can do” attitude, and will let me know what time frame is needed to complete one of my projects, and rolls with the flow when I throw curve balls at her, (which is can be often when I’m accommodating one of my clients)

Hi highly recommended hiring a VA to help with your business tasks, and choosing one who has completed specialty training (as Amanda has) helps then better anticipate our needs.

Amanda responded to a post I made inside a Facebook group looking for help switching my domain over. She asked if she could reach out via DM, and when I agreed, she sent me testimonials right away.

When I asked for her experience doing what I needed, she asked clarifying questions, and explained how she could help and gave a very reasonable quote upfront. She told me exactly what she needed from me to complete the task, and even helped show me how to give her access to it.

When I hired her to change my domain, redirect my previous URL and set up new email, she proved herself immediately, and I literally woke up to completed work that was better than I imagined. When she came across some miscommunication (my lack of knowledge of correct terminology), she reached out immediately to let me know and ask for clarification. She went above and beyond to make sure ALL my systems were hooked up and even gave me options on how to proceed after my previous web company let me down but still controlled admin access.

Amanda was upfront, honest, and communicative with a caring touch. She was exceptionally professional and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The work Amanda did for me will hopefully not be the last. I will be recommending Joy Media & Marketing to anyone and everyone.
