I recently reached out to Kaemark, asking if replacement seat/chair cushions were available for previously bought all purpose chairs.
To my surprise, yes, even thought I bought 8 all purpose chairs in 1994 when I built my salon.
No typo! My Kaemark all purpose chairs are 30 years old and never an issue other than recovering seat cushions once.
Now, I’ll just reorder new replacements rather than recovering.

I bought a Kaemark RP 318 Styling station on july 8, 2017 from their Rep. Dave Golaszewski for almost $1600.. Upon receiving it i saw it had been damaged while being put together by Salon Equipment Solutions/ Kaemark and so i contacted Dave sent him these photos to which we agreed that i would get $400 credit back if i kept it as is, since it would cost them more to have it shipped back and to ship me a new undamaged one.. after Numerous emails, texts, phone calls over the last 7 months i finally received my money. NO thanks to Dave Golaszewski! I had a District Manager of my local Salon centric Store Lara Harrison email him one last time before i headed down to file a small claims suit in order to get my money. She managed to finally get Dave to send me my money, which i feel for as long as i waited i deserve a lot more! I have purchased 2 pieces of large equipment from Kaemark now and will NEVER by another piece from any of their brands, and i would encourage Salon Centric Corp. to end doing business with such a lousy company and find one that is better and will care for their customers who spend tons of money on such equipment.. Salon Centric Did it's job! Salon Equipment Solutions (Kaemark) DID NOT! If i did my job they way Dave did his i wouldn't have one anymore, nor would i have any clientele.. And yes Dave i will be sure to let every salon owner Know just how horrible you and your company were to work with. We don't order damaged Equipment we shouldn't be expected to keep it just because it made your life easier for $400.. and for as long as i waited for that $400 you should be paying me interest for my inconvenience.. You got your money from me immediately! And remember Hairdressers have really big mouths when it comes to poor customer service..

*UPDATE* 3-20-2018. Have spoken with Pete Hornig of SES Salon Equipment Solutions who has kindly agreed to replace my damaged station with a new one and I am awaiting delivery of it which should be in April. Thanks to Pete for really stepping up and really wanting me as a customer to be satisfied. Thank You Pete! I shall not forget you, and call upon you for future salon furniture services.

I'm Soo happy with how my salon turned out, the equipment is very high end and really fits the image I was looking to achieve perfectly! I get so many compliments from our clients on how nice our stations, chairs, and shampoo bowls look as well.

I'm super super grateful for Sean, through the whole process. He came up to help us measure out the space to make sure things would fit the way we were thinking, he gave some really great ideas on some custom cabinetry, and helped with the order along the way during this crazy pandemic, helped it all come together!

We have a family owned cosmetology school in Bryan, TX and we have bought several styling chairs and not long ago bought new shampoo chairs from Kaemark. The styling chairs are just okay and are easily torn up from the upholstry to the handles. The shampoo chairs are terrible! Weekly if not daily we have to fix the lever that reclines the footrest. It's really sad that Kaemark cannot make better quality products.

I ordered over $70,000 in equipment. I paid to have them set it up. It was a joke and a mess to say the least. No communication and zero follow through. My facial machine arrived damaged and been trying for over 3 weeks to get help to fix the broken part. Today I am still waiting for someone at Keamark to help. Also they sent me the wrong amount of chairs and style. They have yet corrected this issue. If I ran my company this way I would be out of business. I hope leadership take note and makes some changes quickly. I build Salon schools and thought buying domestic I would have a better experience.

I was highly recommended to speak with Kaemark in regards to purchasing new styling chairs. I worked with Amandalin and she was always available for me and was able to answer all my questions. Between her knowledge of Kaemark products and understanding of my needs, Amandalin was able to guide me into purchasing the best product for my salon in Florida. In the end, I purchased the Gwyneth Styling Chair and Gwyneth All-Purpose chairs for my shampoo area. My only regret is making this purchase during a global pandemic because I would have loved to go to the Showroom in Texas.
