Do not move here if you value peace and cleanliness.
I specifically asked the manager before moving in if there were any issues with roaches (asI have severe allergies)… he lied and said no. Due to this my quality of life declined sharply., rashes all over my body, constant asthma attacks, contracted scabies multiple times. Omni top of that - trash in the hallways, unhoused people sleeping in the hallways, elevator frequently broken / always unclean, unfulfilled maintenance requests, for months here was an belligerent drunk who would walk through the halls screaming, writing on the walls who threaten to kill my guide dog, packages stolen all the time.

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 7YRS. I MUST SAY I AM VERY DISAPPOINTMENT. POOR MANAGMENT. THE APT MANAGER MARCOS, IS THE WORST MANAGER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THERE ARE ROACHES AND TRASH IN THE HALLWAY, THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS FILTHY ALONG WITH THE MACHINES, THE ELECTRICITY SHUTS OFF RANDOMLY, COUPLES FIGHTING LOUDLY. IT REALLY SMELLS IN THE HALLWAY, A LOT OF NEIGHBORS DO NOT LIKE THE MANAGER AND HE IS UNABLE TO SPEAK EFFICIENTLY. THINGS DO NOT GET FIXED WITH A WEEK, MANAGER IS NEVER TO BE FOUND, PACKAGES GETS STOLEN. BASICALLY, STAY AWAY!!!! FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT!!!
